We currently have apprentices within the organisation gaining qualifications in the following construction trades:
• Plumbing
• Electrical
• Bricklaying
• Plastering
• Roofing
As a business we feel that the community in which we live and work benefits from the training we provide.
It gives young people within our community the opportunity to become craftsmen in the trade they are learning and to work their way up our organisation.
J Memoli Ltd works very closely with the Northamptonshire Training Development Partnership and the Learning Skills Council to provide training opportunities for young people within our community.
