J Memoli Ltd constantly monitors performance on each project worked on to establish areas requiring improvement. In addition to this we carry out telephone and carded customer satisfaction surveys from tenants on a regular basis. We also seek the views of our end clients via Tenant Satisfaction Surveys. The results of these surveys are analysed and the necessary action taken to rectify areas of concern.
This ensures that J Memoli Ltd constantly delivers to its clients the highest level of service possible.
