Our Customer Services Staff will be your first contact within the organisation, and they will fix a date that suits you, and will tell you who your allocated Tenant Liaison Officer is.
Their role will be as follows:
• Help you get your home ready (for example, if help is needed moving furniture if you are elderly or infirm).
• Answer any of your questions.
• Advise you and explain the works that are going to be carried out.
• Ensure the operative treats you and your home with the upmost respect.
• Liaise between you and the operative and landlord if required.
• Ask you to fill out a Satisfaction Questionnaire on completion.
This is all so that J Memoli Ltd can make sure the intrusion into your home runs as smoothly as possible.
